> Your Will can be their future, and your legacy

Leaving a gift in your Will to benefit those who would otherwise remain vulnerable and alone, is not only an incredible act but also a lasting way to support our work, and the ultimate Sadaqah Jariyah that you will continue to draw benefits from in the hereafter.

The Prophet Mohammed (saw) said:“When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah, knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (the deceased).” – Sahih Muslim

As mentioned in the Quran,  we have been directed by the Almighty to make a bequest (5:106). It is incumbent upon us as Muslims to make a Will(2:180) , and seeing that our wealth is distributed to cover any debts (including any outstanding zakah or mahr), bequesting up to ⅓ of the estate to charity, then ensuring that those who are dependent – our heirs, parents and relatives receive the remainder in accordance with the sharia.
